In its Open University of Tlaxcala, you are prepared to acquire the Academic Degree (Title) and Master's Degree Certificate in Education issued by the General Directorate of Professions of the Secretariat of Public Education of the Mexican Republic, exactly the same as all the Universities that also have with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (Incorporation).
The Master of Education Certificate is not provided to foreigners, as it is an official document only for Mexico, according to immigration status or labor rights; However, they do receive their Title (Master's Degree in Education), duly apostilled so that they can carry out their process of revalidation or recognition of studies done in the Mexican Republic before the Educational Authority of the country where they reside.
