In its Open University of Tlaxcala, you are prepared to acquire the Academic Degree (Title) and Doctorate Certificate in Law issued by the General Directorate of Professions of the Secretariat of Public Education of the Mexican Republic, exactly the same as all the Universities that also have with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (Incorporation).
The Doctorate Certificate is not provided to foreigners, as it is an official document only for Mexico, according to immigration status or labor rights; However, they are given their Title (Doctorate Degree), duly apostilled so that they can carry out their process of revalidation or recognition of studies done in the Mexican Republic before the Educational Authority of the country where they reside.
