The SEP does not issue a Professional Certificate to foreigners, since it is a document that is only used in the Mexican Republic according to labor and immigration rights; instead, you are issued your Professional Title duly Apostilled so that you can carry out your Revalidation of Studies procedures made outside the country where you reside, for more information, you can consult the Consulate of Mexico in the country where you reside; or directly to the Education Authority of the country where you live.
